BPR is the fundamental rethinking and the radical redesign of processes to achieve improvement in performance like cost, quality, services and speed and some suitable discussion.
The main principle of BPR is to re-evaluate and analyze all existing business processes, procedures and tasks from the basics and remodel, reinvent or replace them with new processes as and when needed without any bias for and against the existing processes and procedures. It starts with the question ―why do you do what you do‖ and eliminates all the processes that do not add any value to the customer/business.
